Guide Prices for Bespoke Items
You may have thought about creating
your own unique badge, keyring, pen or other item but were unsure of how
much it would cost you or what the minimum quantities were.
Below are some guide prices and quantities for the various items you can
have made to your own design and logo.
There may be an artwork or tooling fee which is shown with the item -
this is a one-off charge and as long as you order again within 18 months
this charge is not required and only the item price is paid.
Delivery on bespoke items is approximately 4-6 working weeks and on lower
quantities there may be a small delivery charge.

Enamel Badges
Our most popular bespoke badge is the standard enamel badge. As an example a badge with butterfly clip fitting in a plastic bag:

Printed, stick pin and broach fittings cost slightly more depending on
size and quantity and we also produce lapel stickers. Pin badges can also
be attached to a printed card - just ask us about prices for these options.
Embroidered Badges
Our embroidered badges come in many shapes and sizes. As an example a
badge sized up to 85mm diameter, 3 thread colours, with no backing:
• 100 Badges £1.80 each + VAT.
• 300 Badges £1.49 each + VAT.
• 500 Badges £1.36 each + VAT
Minimum order is 100 badges.

Tokens usually have
your logo on one side and contact details or a generic trolley logo on
the other. They can be attached to
a printed card - ask us for details.
Pens
Our basic Pen with clip top can be printed with your logo and contact
details around the barrel:
• 1,000 with 1 colour writing 29p + VAT
• 1,000 with 2 colour writing 33p +VAT
Minimum order is 1,000 pens.

The barrel and the top of the pen can be different colours depending upon
your requirements.
Cufflinks
Cufflinks in pairs finished in enamel can be in a presentation box or
in a poly bag. As an example a square pair of cufflinks, 18mm in size:
• 50 pairs in poly bags £2.35 + VAT per pair
• 50 pairs in clear presentation boxes £2.95 + VAT per pair
Minimum order is 50 pairs.

Cufflinks can be made in a variety of different finishes and materials
depending upon your requirements.
Umbrellas
1 colour on 1 panel, green and white umbrella is £9.00 + VAT
2 colours on 1 panel, green and white umbrella is £10.50 + VAT
1 colour on 4 panels, green and white umbrella is £11.60 + VAT
2 colours on 4 panels, green and white umbrella is £12.85 + VAT
Minimum order is 25 umbrellas.
Art/Tooling from £10.00 + VAT one-off charge.
If ordering less than 300 units delivery is £6.55 + VAT.
There may be a variance of +/- 5% on finished print quantities.

Wristbands
Wristbands can come in many different colours. As an example a wristband
in one colour with embossed lettering:
• 1,000 Wristbands 68p each + VAT.
• 10,000 Wristbands 28p each + VAT.
• 100,000 Wristbands 17p each + VAT.
Minimum order is 1,000 wristbands.
